FLOATING SUPPORT WORKER –

Required for Floating Support Service within the Bournemouth area.

To deliver housing related support, enabling service users to develop the skills to lead independent lives and to maintain their accommodation.

The role requires a flexible approach to planning and deliver ing task-centred support. Understanding of homeless issues, experience of managing a caseload and knowledge of the benefits system required.

A driving licence and use of own vehicle is essential for this post.

15 hrs per week, salary £6,858 - £7,574 per annum (£8.79 - £9.71 per hr). Independent Pension scheme.
