Sometimes it’s the little things that mean the most.  Much of the support that we offer is funded by statutory bodies, however, many of the items which mean so much to a person’s progress are not; a new pair of shoes for a first job interview, a train ticket to visit an estranged son or daughter…the list is endless, but funds are few.

By becoming a Friend of Alabaré you can help to provide for some of those very practical and supportive items which we could otherwise not. Giving £10 per year* can make such a difference.

*this is only the minimum, there is no maximum!

Being a Friend of Alabaré will also give you a voice to influence the future of support for homeless, vulnerable and marginalised people in your community.  We hope that Friends will pray for our work, volunteer on an occasional or regular basis, be advocates, and enjoy taking part in events and fundraising.

The only criteria for becoming a Friend of Alabaré is that you care, are in sympathy with the Christian ideals that motivate Alabaré and want to help those in need.

We need Friends from across the South and South West, although we welcome Friends from everywhere.
