Project Worker, Level 2 (Ref 34)

Required at Oasis House, Romsey. To provide support to 5 young people aged 16 to 25 who are homeless, facing homelessness, or in need of structured support towards independent living.  To key work and draw up support plans and signpost them to other appropriate services and agencies. 

Experience of working in supported housing or a related field essential. Good working knowledge of the welfare benefits system and experience and knowledge of key working systems required.

25hrs per week, will include some evenings and weekend work.

Grade 5 position. Salary £10,358 – £11,531 per annum (£7.96 - £8.87 per hr)
