Support Co-Ordinator (Ref 30) - Plymouth

To supervise and co-ordinate the work of the Plymouth Floating Support Service and ensure compliance to the Supporting People Contract. To act as a first point of contact for the service and develop good working partnerships with other agencies. To carry out caseloads on service users.

Grade 7 post, 37.5 hrs per week: £18,217 - £20,640 per annum

Experience in delivering housing related support required and a driving licence and use of a roadworthy car is essential.

To support homeless vulnerable adults with a variety of complex needs. 

Relief posts - Grade 6, £8.79 - £9.71 per hr.

Experience in delivering housing related support required and a driving licence and use of a roadworthy car is essential for all the above posts.
